This year the Garden Quarter Nativity was held in the Uniting Church on Garden Lane. The  Church and community have been involved with Ukrainian families in the area offering activities in the summer and more recently a St Nicholas party.

A handmade Travelling Nativity has been moving around the local area and the Chester City of Sanctuary Group were honoured to be asked to look after the Nativity for the night of the 18th December. The journey has now continued and plans to finish at the Bluecoat School for Epiphany when the three kings will be added.
